The Asians  Got all Medals Except in One Weight

The Weightlifting of the 1st Youth Olympic in Singapore held during the days of 15-19 August . As it was expected from the beginning , the Asian glittered once more in these battle fields and gained colorful medals . In the weight of 48 kg. Girls category , TIAN Yuan from China , in  total movements with 190 kg became the champion in the three movements . PRAMONGKHOL Sirivimon  from Thailand became the second in this weight and the athletes from ,Vietnam , India and Myanmar got the positions of the forth, fifth and seventh respectively . In the Weightlifting Competitions of the Singapore Youth Olympic Games , there were 20 Girl weightlifters and 18 Boy weightlifters from Asia participants. From these number , 17 people could gain medals . In the Boys category , the representatives of the countries of Vietnam , China , Iran , Thailand , Kazakhstan , and N. Korea got medals and in the Girls category ,the representatives of the countries of , China , Thailand , Chinese Taipei , Indonesia , Kazakhstan and N. Korea owned medals. In fact the weight of the 85 kg. Boys could not gain medals .But in other 11 weights of the competitions , there was at least one Asian among the medal owners,,,,, More.
