AWF & IWF high-ranking officials made an official visit to the sports facilities and equipments of Tianjing
Dr.Tamas Ajan IWF President , Mr.Ma Wenguang IWF General Secretary &Mr.Ali Moradi AWF General Secretary took a trip to Tianjing to visit and inspect the sports facilities and equipments of the weightlifting competitions of the East Asian Games that
would be held on 6-15 Oct 2013 in Tianjing , China and the athletes of countries such as Guam , DPR Korea , Hong Kong ,Japan , South Korea Macao , Mongolia , China , Chinese Taipei will partake in the above-mentioned Games . It is worth pointing out that the organizers have already included weightlifting in the East Asian Games.
It is to mentioned that the previous East Asian Games held in 2009 in Hong Kong. Since 13 out of 15 gold medals for 2012 London Olympic Games in Weightlifting competitions were allocated to the Asian lifters and as 8 out of 13 distributed medals won by the Chinese athletes ( 5 gold medals ) and weightlifters from DPR Korea ( 3 gold medals ) . As a result it could be said that , this year the weightlifting competitions of East Asian Games turn into a competition place for the famous Olympic and World Champions and their rivals to show their ability and power to all of spectators and observers .
