Dr.Antonio Urso in a special interview with AWF official website said that “the unity between Asia and Europe will lead to great evolution and change in weightlifting sport.
Dr.Antonio Urso the respectable President of European Weightlifting Federation and President of Italian WF who was one of the very important guests participating in the 1st AWF Anti-Doping Symposium in Kish gave some explanations regarding the organization and holding such scientific and pedagogical classes in the course of the above symposium which is as follows :
Dr.Antonio Urso announced that I am thankful and grateful to Mr.Ali Moradi AWF Secretary General for putting forward such an informative and good idea and then he added that fight against Doping won’t produce the desired and favorable results unless otherwise there is a firm determination and decision .
Doping is a complicated and intricate matter which can’t not be resolved easily and we all should be united and cooperate with each other to get rid of this ominous phenomenon .
In fact, we all should renovate and reestablish the true and fundamental culture of sport to achieve our goals .
In compliance with organization and holding educational seminars regarding the sport science, some effective and beneficial measures have been taken in different continents that Kish Anti-Doping Symposium can be considered as one of them .
Regarding the bilateral agreements interrelations between AWF and EWF, Dr.Antonio Urso expressed that Asia and Europe taken into account as the best and most strongest continents throughout the world .
Furthermore , his Excellency told that certainly we will be able to make a great and remarkable change and evolution to the sport of weightlifting via promoting and developing our mutual relations and ties as well as maintaining our solidarity to reach the highest points of success and prosperity in the near future.
